1. What is the biggest challenge you have faced as a leader and how did you overcome it?
My biggest challenge has been entering a sector and holding a position that has nothing to do with what I had studied or what I had previously dedicated myself to in another country and even in a different language.
2. How would you describe the impact your role has on the company and the work team?

I think that, in that sense, this helps me not to be afraid of participating in tasks or projects in other areas even if that implies a prior lack of knowledge. In the long term, I know that there will be new opportunities and cross-cutting growth that will allow us to have a 360-degree view of what we do, opening up to European markets to continue communicating in other languages.

Trust in your abilities and leave aside insecurity, fear of the unknown and any doubts that may arise, always from humility and learning from the team around you, no matter what position it is.
