First you need to enter the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) on the ASUS laptop. If you don’t know how to do it, please search your exact model online.

Then follow the corresponding guide to factory reset ASUS laptop.

Keep my file:

Click Reset this PC.
Select Keep my files
Choose the correct user account.
Enter the correct password for this account and click Next.
Select Reinstall locally.
Click Reset and wait

Remove everything:

Go to Troubleshooting -> Reset this PC.
Select Remove everything
Select Reinstall locally.
Choose the appropriate settings: Remove only my files or Clean the driv phone number list e completely.
Click Reset and wait.
