You may have heard about some fun creative guerrilla marketing from Freshworks during the recent Dreamforce event, where skydivers jumped out of a blimp with some well-placed hashtags.

For us mere mortals in Vtiger, the following puzzled us, as this topic is very close to our hearts.

Salesforce just announced a set of new tools to help whatsapp number database companies understand everything about their customers across sales, service and marketing!!!!!

Really? More tools?
Well, the good news is that the industry understands what customers are up against. A recent Gartner finding showed that a single view of the customer is a top priority for businesses. That shouldn’t surprise anyone. But trying to create a single view from multiple data sources is neither easy nor reliable. The fundamental underpinnings still remain. Customer data exists in marketing, sales, and service tools. These tools weren’t designed to talk to each other seamlessly. If they did, we wouldn’t need another tool or API. Inaccurate, incomplete, and inconsistent customer data is common when it’s scattered across multiple locations.

We had the opportunity to talk to hundreds of senior executives at the Gartner Symposium about Vtiger One, and the response was overwhelming. The first impression was one of disbelief.
