Crédit Mutuel Arkéa collaborated with Sinch to design an innovative and engaging Rich SMS experience focused on the back-to-school season. Their deep commitment to supporting their customers is demonstrated through thoughtful vouchers, offering a helping hand to parents during this intense period.

Customers were invited to try their luck through an interactive experience, challenging them to slip school supplies into a backpack to try their luck. A specific product, adapted to the customer's profile, was presented during the game, followed by a carousel at the end of the game, redirecting to all the products and services related to back to school.

RESULTS
Record engagement for the family back-to-school game!

The results far exceeded expectations, with a click rate of 30% on the Rich SMS (x4 the market average for this type of operation) and 93% of clickers interacted with the Rich Page. We observed an incredible participation rate of 92% on this operation ! (+62 pts vs N-1 with the same lots. This game allowed an increase in redirects to products/services and advisor calls of +48.5%.
