In this pop-up window, you will see a message stating that the form has been saved but is not yet online.

Once this is done, you will receive a new message norway phone number stating that the form has been published. At this point, you need to switch to the "Integrate or embed mods" tab.

From there, you will click on “WordPress.”

HIPAAtizer will then display instructions for embedding the form into your WordPress site. A shortcode will appear at the bottom. Just click the copy button.

Now you can return to the WordPress admin area.

You can then create a new post or page, or open an existing post or page to embed the form. For this tutorial, we will build a page. Then we will go to the page "New Page".

In the content editor, click the "+" button and look for the "Shortcodes" block.

Then, select the "Shortcodes" block in the search results to add it to the page.

You can then paste the HIPAAtizer module shortcode into the "Write shortcode here..." area.
