The name "OKR" sounds good, and the monthly meetings aren't bad either, but it won't work like that. What's the use if the employee has only had one conversation with his or her supervisor in the last two years? At that point, the program will prove to be a disadvantage. This means that the regular contact required between management and employees can actually be a disadvantage.

Depending on the size of the company, there are often too few situations in local marketing email list which managers have a conversation with their employees. Many employees have never seen their boss even after working for the company for a long time. One possible reason for this could be constant trips abroad for the company. Sometimes managers are not interested in talking to their employees. There is often a belief that if something elementary happens, the employees will speak up, and if they don't, everything seems to be "fine". That's another point of view!
