Invalidation of transactions on the grounds of fraud in bankruptcy proceedings

"Why aren't women forcibly mobilized? What is this, an untouchable caste?" This is such a vile argument that I don't think it needs a separate comment. Put on your skirts, guys - and no CCC will stop you on the street. Out of disgust.
As we can see, the arguments of evaders are not particularly ingenious. But if you answer them in detail to each point of their ghostly system of self-justification, this does not mean that they will march in organized columns to the Central Military District. If a person has diligently avoided the military commissar for two years, he will find 107 more reasons to continue to evade.
But maybe he'll at least think about what he'll tell his grandchildren one day. Children of all times and nations have some incomprehensible interest in stories about war. I bet that the grandchildren of every dodger will ask him at some point: "Grandpa, special database where were you when the Muscovites attacked us?" I doubt that the answer about the "state of war" and "wartime" will satisfy the children.
Recognition of transactions as invalid on the grounds of fraud (to the detriment of creditors) within the framework of a debtor's bankruptcy case
On July 20, 2023, the Supreme Court, as part of the panel of judges of the Economic Court of Cassation, in case No. 910/15194/20 (910/21154/21) (EDRSRU No. 112344004), examined the issue of declaring transactions invalid on the grounds of fraud within the framework of a debtor's bankruptcy case.
According to the position of the Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, set out in the resolution of July 3, 2019 in case No. 369/11268/16-ts, the invalidation of an agreement aimed at avoiding the imposition of foreclosure on the debtor's property is not ruled out, based on the general principles of civil law.
