This autumn will be rich in Virtual PBX releases , and large-scale ones at that. The first of them took place on September 22 (although this update will be divided into 2 parts and the second will be released closer to the end of the year).
The Notifications settings will feature a tab called Notifications v. 2.0 (beta) for call status notifications with expanded and improved functionality.

The logic of events in the previous version of notifications had its own specifics - events were considered from the point of view of our platform. That is, previously the event "Incoming call" meant an incoming call to the platform, and "Outgoing call", respectively, an outgoing call.
In the new version of notifications, we have kept this logic of events, but renamed the events themselves: now "Incoming call" is "Incoming shoulder", and "Outgoing call" is "Outgoing shoulder". To make it clearer, we have reflected the logic of notifications by shoulders and calls in the diagram:

You can turn all these notifications on and off.
In the first part of the update, only call events are available. In the second, we will add other events (chats, offline requests, etc.).
We remind you that there is a limit on SMS notifications: 50 messages per month for a subscription fee of 590 rubles. The limit can be expanded for an additional fee, and we will notify you when it is reached.
More filtering options
The number of filters by which you can track events has increased.
For example, when setting up a call end notification, you can now filter events by call duration and wait time. This will help track calls when an employee was out of network coverage and an answering machine picked up the phone instead.

New opportunities for integrations
HTTP notifications now support the POST method. Moreover, there is more freedom when creating a request. Thus, you can determine which numeric parameters to pass as strings, which JSON structure to pass, and in general, add your own parameters with their own values.
That is, now you can configure notifications in accordance with the API format of the system with which you are integrating.
Bug fixes
Architectural changes to the notification platform will improve the stability of their operation and eliminate existing technical shortcomings.
It will be possible to filter notifications by 8-800 number.
The fields have been unified and brought to a single dictionary.
Improved the ability to display only available notifications when connecting various components.
Fixed a bug that caused notifications to occasionally get caught by automatic spam filters.
