Reasons why managers “drain” leads

Post by AsaduzzamanFoysal »

There are several main reasons why managers lose leads:

Lack of efficiency. A slow response to a request reduces the likelihood that the client will remain interested. Most often, a potential client leaves requests in several campaigns at once, and not only the best one wins, but also the fastest one.
Incorrect lead qualification . Managers often do not italy mobile database pay enough attention to initial qualification and miss potentially valuable leads in pursuit of big checks.
Inability to handle objections . Ineffective handling of objections leads to the client losing interest.
Lack of structure in work . Managers may forget to contact the client again, which also leads to loss of the lead.
Ineffective work with a lead at any stage can lead to its “burnout”. If a lead does not receive due attention, it goes to competitors, and the company loses the opportunity to sell.

It can be easy for companies to lose sight of the true cost of hiring managers, as there are many factors to consider when comparing hiring an in-house team versus outsourcing. We’ve covered the true cost of building an in-house team versus outsourcing in detail in this blog post , as well as in the SDR Guide .
