When creating a WordPress website, you will usually be asked to select a language (usually English). If you want to change the default language of the website after creation, you can reselect another language as shown in the figure below. After selecting a language, the corresponding language pack will be installed and displayed in the list of installed languages.
I have seen some friends who build websites set the website language to Chinese because they are not familiar with the English backend. In fact, you don't need to do this. You can set the website to Chinese first, so that you can download the Chinese language pack to the website. In this way, you can use Chinese when you log in to the backend, and it will not affect the main language of the website.
Set a permanent link for the article
For the article's permanent link, it is recommended to use the article name. If your article name is long, you can choose not to use the category, but to use a custom structure. You can set the custom structure according to method 1, or directly check the article name. If you want to include category information in the permanent link, then select the custom structure and set it according to method 2.
