URL Redirects
In this section we can configure the URL redirects of our website, that is, make one URL lead to another, indicating to both users and search engines that a page has changed location.
As we can see in the image, HubSpot distinguishes between:
Standard redirects : static redirection of URLs.
Flexible redirects: Variable-based redirects for complex redirects.
Add url redirection
Three types of redirects:
Permanent: 301 redirect to indicate a change of address.
Temporary: Temporary 302 redirection that does not transfer authority from one URL to another and you will recover the redirected URL at some point.
Proxy: This is used to redirect the content of your page without changing the URL displayed in the visitor's web browser. This type of redirect is often used to share a file hosted in a specific directory outside of your main site.
Priority: By default, redirects are assigned the lowest priority. However, you can customize the priority setting by entering a custom value, then unchecking the “assign lowest priority” box.
